As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.

The dream of homeownership is a goal many individuals and families have to achieve a sense of stability, financial security, and pride in owning a place to call home. The journey to purchasing your first home, second, or fifth can be filled with questions and unique situations. While this only happens a handful of times for most people, for me, I coach and advise people daily to make those goals a reality.

My passion for helping others began in my healthcare career. My family and I have our own journey of navigating some financial difficulties and overcoming them to purchase our 3rd home. In 2020, inspired by our past difficulties and current success, I found a love for educating others on the wealth-building power of real estate. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, Veteran Mortgage Advisor, and Certified Mortgage Advisor, I teach people how to leverage mortgage debt to build wealth and financial security.

Your goals, financial well-being, and individual needs are my priorities. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer in need of coaching at the very beginning stages or purchasing your next investment property, my team and I are here to help you navigate each stage with confidence and peace. Our team is especially well-versed in assisting: first-time buyers, move-up buyers, veterans, or separated/divorced clients.

Navigating this purchase can be challenging. That is why I dedicate so much energy to perfecting the process and making it as easy as possible. If you’re looking for a mortgage expert with a coaching style who genuinely cares about your goals and success, look no further.
