As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.

I have been in the mortgage industry for 21 years. During this time i have been the preferred lender for a national homebuilder, managed teams of loan officers producing 150M+ of mortgages each year while still writing loans for my clients. Long before I was a CDLP I worked with divorce attorneys to help craft the language used in Marital Settlement Agreements that would create solutions to issues specific to each client's case and financing needs. As a divorced dad of two teenage daughters I bring well balanced perspective to a clients needs. i truly believe my job is to remove and address the fear of the unknown so my clients can focus on their personal healing and finding their best "new normal" post divorce
