As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP™), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.

As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make more informed decisions regarding their home equity solutions and on assisting the divorce team to identify any potential conflicts among the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.

My role as a Certified Divorce Lending Professional is not to provide tax or legal advice. My role as a member of a professional divorce team is to help integrate mortgage financing into the divorcing homeowner's short-term and long-term financial and investment goals by minimizing taxes and interest expense while maximizing cash flow.

I am constantly educating myself so that I can advise my clients properly, then they can make the best decisions for themselves. I attended the University of Oregon and the University of Hawaii and hold a Bachelor's Degree from the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business in Malibu, CA. In 2020, I obtained a Law Degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. I regularly attend professional trainings and seminars, and hold a membership in the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation.

My favorite hobbies include playing drum set, improving my health through diet and exercise, playing online chess, gardening, traveling with my wife and family, and meditating.
