My training and certifications as a CPA, MBA, CMA (Certified Mortgage Advisor) and CDLP (Certified Divorce Lending Professional) enable me to help my clients obtain the most suitable mortgage financing solutions for their particular loan scenario. As a CDLP, I have to be knowledgeable about family law, tax planning and mortgage underwriting guidelines to help my clients navigate the divorce process as it relates to real estate and mortgage financing. Most divorce attorneys are not aware of mortgage underwriting roadblocks as it relates to a divorcing individual. It is best to have a plan in place prior to divorce so the settlement agreement is constructed properly in order to give a divorcing party the best opportunity to obtain mortgage financing under favorable terms.
As a CMA, I prepare loan comparison analysis so my clients can review a visual presentation of the loan options and compare them over various holding periods to see what is best for them.
I partner with real estate agents, financial planners and attorneys so they can share my expertise with their clients. My expertise helps them provide the best service for their clients and helps them grow their business.
