As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.
I have made an intentional choice to work at a private mortgage firm because it allows me to really get to know my clients and to devote as much attention as I need to each person and their unique homebuying situation. Because of this, many of the people I talk to start off as clients, and most of them end up as friends.
