As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.
Richard has been in the Finance industry since 1983 following graduation from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. He also has other recognized professional designations as a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (DCLP), Certified Mortgage Planner (CMP) and Associate Risk Manager (ARM). Richard currently serves as a Branch Manager and Loan Originator for Alterra Home Loans and is a member of the "President's Club" recognizing company Top Producers. With decades of experience providing financial guidance for clients, Richard's goal has always been to help Americans achieve the dream of creating wealth through responsible homeownership. Richard also helps individuals identify home equity solutions as they relate to divorce.
