As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP™), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.

I have been a full time mortgage banking professional since 1992. Over this time, I have helped thousands of homeowners and homebuyers including many who were separated and in the process of divorce and many who had a divorce in the recent or not so recent past. I am very disciplined in keeping up with the ever changing mortgage underwriting guidelines, specifically as they relate to payment and receipt of alimony, child support and maintenance. I have recently earned my Certification as a Divorce Lending Professional and am eager to continue to learn and serve men and women going through this difficult transition. I participate in the Divorce Resource Alliance which is a local networking group of attorneys, financial planners, Realtors, counselors, mediators and others whose practice directly or indirectly relates to those impacted by divorce. This group helps to keep me up to date on changes the law and tax code, and the group is also is a great resource for me to refer my clients who need specific help on areas outside of my professional expertise. In addition to conventional and government loan programs, I have access to many specialty and portfolio loan programs that sometimes can provide a common sense solution to those who have difficulty meeting a specific Fannie Mae,FHA or other guideline. I very much look forward to working with anyone in Massachusetts or New Hampshire who needs help in obtaining a mortgage to refinance or purchase a primary or secondary home or an investment property.
