I became a Certified Divorce Lending Professional because I have a strong passion for helping divorcing clients. When I am brought in during the divorce settlement process, the chance for clients to obtain mortgage financing significantly increases once the divorce is final. There is often a huge disconnect between family law, tax law, and real estate during a divorce. My goal is to improve that disconnect, add value to the divorce team when the marital home is involved.
