As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.
Brent is a Miami University Graduate where he met his wife Lynn (formerly Monesmith). They raised their twin girls Amanda and Haley in a Civil War era Log Cabin in Loveland where Brent grew up and also served on City Council. He is a Navy Veteran who received numerous ribbons, medals, and accommodations during his service.
He is licensed in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky and has had extensive training for loan programs, loan processes, compliance, and technology. He guides borrowers through the entire loan process including how best to structure the loan and what program to use and how to navigate requirements. Many of his clients stay in contact, repeat business and refer their friends and family. Pre-approvals are always at no cost and are completed promptly. He is always happy to meet face to face or use the latest technology for the greatest convenience. Communication is considered paramount, you will find him responsive and very accessible.
"I look forward to better understanding your personal loan needs and finding the best solution. We will work together to help accomplish your financial goals. Clear communication is critical in this process so my team and I will keep you updated every step of the way. This communication will help us build a relationship that will last and my goal is to help you be satisfied with each transaction.
My clients are my best resource for new business and my service is a key to success in helping me earn your referrals.
