As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.
Brent is a Miami University Graduate where he met his wife Lynn (formerly Monesmith). They raised their twin girls Amanda and Haley in a Civil War era Log Cabin in Loveland where Brent grew up and also served on City Council. He is a Navy Veteran who received numerous ribbons, medals, and accommodations during his service.
He is licensed in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky and has had extensive training for loan programs, loan processes, compliance, and technology. He guides borrowers through the entire loan process including how best to structure the loan and what program to use and how to navigate requirements. Many of his clients stay in contact, repeat business and refer their friends and family. Pre-approvals are always at no cost and are completed promptly. He is always happy to meet face to face or use the latest technology for the greatest convenience. Communication is considered paramount, you will find him responsive and very accessible.
