Nashville native, Bryan Little graduated with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Belmont University. Since 1991, Bryan uses his position as a Mortgage Loan Officer to educate individuals and families to manage one of the largest financial decisions most people will ever make. Bryan is licensed in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Louisiana. He continues his studies of the financial markets to better equip his clients to make more informed decisions regarding locking in on rates and the total cost of borrowing over time. Bryan specializes in Purchases, Refinances, Renovation, One-Time Close New Construction, and First-time home buyers programs. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing local lakes and spending time with his wife and 2 daughters at the lake or pool.
