It is the analysis that sits underneath the property and debt decisions in a divorce: what the equity solutions actually are for each party, whether the proposed settlement will support financing once the decree is entered, how support, timing, and title language affect qualification, and where the settlement, the mortgage, and the real property contradict one another. I bring that analysis to the divorce team while the terms are still open, because after the agreement is signed, the language is what everyone has to live with, and financing has to conform to it rather than the other way around.

With more than 40 years of experience spanning real estate brokerage and banking, Greg Garrett has built a strong reputation for leadership, business growth, and financial strategy. In 2018, following the sale of Platinum Bank, which he founded, Greg transitioned from ownership of Greg Garrett Realtors into a new chapter, joining Keller Williams and then NEXA Mortgage in 2021.

Today, Greg continues to serve as a bank board consultant while actively selling residential and commercial real estate. He also provides strategic guidance to individuals navigating divorce, helping them make informed, sound decisions about their real estate and financial futures.
