As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.
I “landed” on Cape Cod and began my lending career in 2001 following a previous career in flight, first as a Naval Aviator flying F14’s off the USS Kitty Hawk and other bases, during which time I flew cover for the Somalia invasion and protection of Iraq’s no-fly zone.
After gaining experience as a real estate broker, I returned to flying and became a 737 co-pilot for Delta Airlines before “9/11″ caused me to change my course to mortgage origination.
Graduating with a B.S. Degree from Pepperdine University in Computer Science and Math, I briefly sold systems in Southern California before joining the U.S. Navy in 1987.
I reside in Brewster with my wife and two daughters, I play the bass and now do my flying on water skis and road bikes.
