I am the President of the Divorce Lending Association and a dedicated Divorce Mortgage Planner, passionate about empowering divorcing homeowners and the professionals who support them. With over 35 years of experience in mortgage and finance, I’ve made it my mission to transform the divorce mortgage planning industry.

As the creator of the Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®) and Real Estate Mediation Specialist (REM-S) certification programs, I provide mortgage and real estate professionals with the education, tools, and resources they need to navigate the intricate intersection of divorce, real estate, and mortgage financing.
