I am the President of the Divorce Lending Association and an active Divorce Mortgage Planner, passionate about empowering divorcing homeowners and the professionals who support them. With over 35 years of experience in mortgage and finance, I’ve dedicated my career to transforming the divorce mortgage planning niche.
As the creator of the Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®) and Real Estate Mediation Specialist (REM-S) certification programs, I aim to provide mortgage and real estate professionals with the tools, resources, and education needed to navigate the complex intersection of divorce, real estate, and mortgage financing.
