As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.
I have been a Mortgage Banker since 1987. My clients are primarily referred from Financial Advisors, Accountants and Family Law Attorneys. As a trusted advisor it is my responsibility to give their clients the best available solutions to meet their specific financial needs. With ever changing guidelines it is important to work with a mortgage professional who keeps up to date with all the changes so that clients can have a seamless process. Responsiveness is critical in the loan process as it can be a very stressful time for the client. Communication is our number one priority. Every email and phone call are responded to promptly.
