As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.
Kimberly became a mortgage professional after practicing as an attorney, first representing the City of New York and then in private practice. She received her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and then went on to Law School. Her legal background, experience as a Mortgage Loan Orginator and now her Certification as a Divorce Lender gives her a unique ability to work effectively with the entire divorce team. She is happy to collaborate with the goal of providing the best possible outcome for her clients.
