As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP™), Linda has specialized in divorce mortgage planning and analyzing the different pieces of the divorce and how they will affect the future mortgage financing. It is her passion and responsibility to educate and enable divorcing men and women to make the most informed decisions regarding their home equity solutions. Being involved at the beginning of the divorce process, Linda brings a different perspective to the divorce team, by helping identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.
Linda works hard to provide her clients with a peace of mind through their divorce and navigating the separation of their real property. When Linda is pulled into the beginning of the separation, she will set you up for successful mortgage financing and will provide the team with a detailed Divorce Mortgage Planning Report.
When faced with a divorce, financing a home can become complicated. A Certified Divorce Lending Professional helps divorcing borrowers who are currently being underserved by the real estate and mortgage industry as a whole. While a mortgage lender doesn’t know if they’re doing more harm than good overall, a CDLP™ looks at the whole picture to help a client prepare for life after divorce. Ideally, you should get a CDLP involved in the divorce process as soon as possible to come up with a plan that is in your best interest and prevent any unnecessary headaches with mortgage financing.
More than her role as a mortgage advisor, Linda is a Colorado native and spends as much time as possible outdoors in hopes of finding a new adventure every weekend. Whether it’s taking her dogs, Kaya and Kujo, hiking or camping in our national parks, Colorado always has something to amazing to offer.
