Working at the intersection of mortgage financing, home equity solutions, and divorce settlements, I help clients make informed, confident decisions while avoiding costly surprises.

Divorce is emotionally demanding. When mortgage financing, equity buy-outs, refinancing, and future home planning are added, traditional lending rules often change — and critical details can be overlooked. I collaborate with attorneys, mediators, and financial professionals to identify potential conflicts between divorce settlements, mortgage qualification, and real property decisions before they become obstacles.

Having navigated personal challenges myself, I understand how overwhelming this process can feel and am committed to helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
