I am an Attorney, Certified Mortgage Advisor and Certified Divorce Lending Professional. I am passionate about bringing my legal background and professionalism to the mortgage industry.
My name is Mihaella (pronounced “mee-ha-ella”). I am thrilled to bring my legal knowledge and experience to the world of lending. As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (“CDLP”), I work with divorce attorneys, real estate agents, financial planners, mediators and other professionals to help divorcing homeowners make more informed decisions regarding their home equity solutions and mortgage financing options during and after divorce.
As an attorney, in my fifteen years of practice, I helped hundreds of clients over with tax controversy issues. As a CDLP, I now bring the same level of professionalism and fiduciary duty to my clients and their divorce team. I have an extensive background in all facets of mortgage lending, from a first-time home purchase to refinancing.
In my spare time, I love taking day trips around the Puget Sound with my husband and two daughters. I'm an avid audio book listener, perpetual student, dog lover and wine enthusiast.
