As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.
As a retired law enforcement officer, I feel fortunate to have had a rewarding career of more than 20 years serving the citizens of the greater Sacramento region. My training and experience have taught me the importance of putting others needs first and how to work through challenging situations. Whether you are looking to purchase your first home, an investment property, or refinance your existing mortgage, I commit to providing you the same level of honesty, dedication, and integrity I would expect to receive.
As a mortgage advisor, I love being able to help people achieve their personal and financial goals through home ownership. I feel it is important to take time to learn about your personal and financial goals as they relate to homeownership to find the best loan program that meets your needs. I am committed to clear and continuous communication so that you will always know where we are in the loan process. Should any questions arise, you will be able to reach me through email, cell phone, text, or in person. My goal is that by the end of your loan process, you will feel more than confident to refer me to your friends and family.
On a personal note, I love to spend time with my wife and three children. We have lived in the Auburn, CA area for nearly 30 years and love being part of such a great community! I will be forever grateful for the sacrifices made by our veterans and first responders and remain actively involved in supporting them. I would be honored if you give me the opportunity to earn your trust, respect, and business.
