As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.

Tammie is a passionate, dedicated mortgage professional. She offers the highest quality of customer service to her clients. Her business involves more than just providing low rates and competitive fees for your mortgage. She helps her clients select a mortgage option that will integrate their long- and short-term financial and investment goals. Tammie's understanding of federal loan programs (FHA, VA, and USDA), as well as state programs, ensures that her clients get the best loan program available. Her knowledge of the Jumbo markets provides down payment and cash reserve flexibility.

Commitment

Tammie continues working for her clients long after the closing. Each year, she will meet with her clients to make sure they are on target with their goals. She will provide a free credit report and review her clients' current mortgage program looking for opportunities to help her clients adjust their strategy to maximize their return on investment. Tammie will also review other options that could be available. It may be advantageous to look at investment property. It may be time to invest in a vacation home. The family may be growing, and it may be time to look for a larger home or build an addition or other improvements. The kids may have moved out, and it may be time to downsize. Whatever their housing needs and goals, Tammie helps her clients achieve them.

Professional Mission

Tammie began her career as a loan originator in 2002. In compliance with state and federal regulations, she acquired her CT license through the NMLS in May of 2010; NY in December 2013. Tammie continues to grow in 2017 she acquired her Certification in Divorce Lending. In 2018 She achieved her designation as a renovation specialist. The mortgage industry has become riddled with regulations. Tammie's goal is to simplify the now complicated mortgage process. She does this by ensuring her clients are properly informed about the choices available to them. Prior to her career in the mortgage industry, Tammie worked for Cadbury Schweppes as an administrative assistant.

Personal

Tammie currently lives in Stratford, CT with her husband, Jim, and their Shih Tzus, Samson, and Storm. Tammie enjoys vacationing in the Caribbean, cooking, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Her guilty pleasures include watching reality TV shows.
