Terry’s mortgage lending practice is focused on providing the solutions that will provide a successful and less stressful outcome to the divorce process. We look at where the client is now and where they want to be post-divorce and then provide the roadmap and the timeline to do so. Once the plan is in place and the divorce is finalized, Terry can then provide the mortgage financing to retain the home or to purchase the future home.
