Tracy Joy is a Washington Native, and has been a mortgage professional since 2001. Her main focus has always been serving her clients by connecting them with the appropriate mortgage solution to reach their current home financing goals. Each clients' needs are unique, and being able to focus on the relationships with her clients over the long term through their many stages of life and housing needs is definitely a very fulfilling aspect of her career.
To better serve her clients, Tracy acquired her "Certified Divorce Lending Professional" designation in 2021. This expertise allows her to provide divorcing clients with knowledge that will help them make informed decisions about their real property settlement during what can be a challenging time. Having been a divorced woman and single mother herself, Tracy definitely has a passion to serve others who are faced with a similar situation early in the process to arrive at the most successful outcome possible.
In her free time she enjoys traveling, the outdoors, creating art, and spending quality time with family & friends. Raising her daughter has been her greatest personal accomplishment.
