I recently became a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP) and am a resource for Divorce Attorneys and Family Law Attorneys whose clients need to divide the equity of their real estate asset or need to determine the ability to purchase or refinance a property prior to a settlement agreement. I work with your attorney, financial planner, accountant, and mediator during the settlement process and assist in mortgage financing once the divorce is finalized. Knowing what guidelines apply to divorce situations allows me to advise clients on how to efficiently and equitably divide property, refinance or make property purchases post decree.
On a personal note, I love traveling with family or friends and enjoy exploring new places. I have been actively involved in Bible Study Fellowship, International since 1986, serving as a Childrens' Leader for 15 years and serving as the Childrens' Supervisor for 13 years and counting.
