As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP^®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.

As a licensed loan officer, I have been helping educate and finance families into their homes for 47 years. I am an expert in conventional, FHA and VA financing. As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP™), I specialized in divorce mortgage planning and analyzing the different pieces of the divorce and how they will affect the future mortgage financing. It is my passion and responsibility to educate and enable divorcing men and women to make the most informed decisions regarding their home equity potential solutions. Being involved at the beginning of the divorce process, brings a different perspective to the divorce team, by helping identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.
