I live by that same rule when it comes to being a mortgage consultant. I pride myself on providing great customer service, listening to my clients, and being fully transparent during the loan process.

I have been in the mortgage industry since 2001, starting out as a processor and then becoming an originator. What that means is that I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly.
