As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.
Since 2010, Matt Sines has been helping people achieve their home financing goals. As a top loan officer, Matt offers a creative and outside-the-box approach to finding financing solutions for all types of borrowers. He provides first-class home financing service to each of his clients, whether they are buying their first home, refinancing their current one or investing in a property.
Matt believes everyone has a story to tell. His favorite part of his job is meeting people and helping them make some of the biggest investments of their lives. With an emphasis on education, Matt provides as much information as possible, so his clients can make decisions confidently. Throughout the financing process, he ensures the information he gives is honest, transparent, accurate and relevant. While he works with all kinds of borrowers, Matt especially loves to assist first-time homebuyers in achieving homeownership.
Matt grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. After college, he completed a rotational program that gave him experience in a variety of lending roles, including processing, closing and post-closing. In 2020, Matt moved from Silver Spring to Pensacola, Florida to be closer to family. Today, he still serves both communities and is a board member of the East Hill Neighborhood Association and is a community partner with the Studer Community Institute.
