As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP^®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.

Prior to Natalie’s successful Mortgage Career, her first calling was as a Crisis Line Counselor offering crisis intervention, support, information and referrals to victims of sexual assault and abuse to their families and significant others. Philanthropy has filled a large part of Natalie’s life. When she embarked into the Mortgage Industry Natalie saw an opportunity to help families during a time of need. Although most Loan Officers might see a niche by working with Divorce Lawyers as a network of referrals, Natalie saw it as an opportunity to become creative and bring homeownership back into the lives that may have thought this dream was no longer a reality. Divorce often does not impact one individual but has a ripple effect through the entire family.
