As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, (CDLP^®), I focus my practice on helping divorcing homeowners make a more informed decision regarding their home equity solutions and the divorce team identify any potential conflicts between the divorce settlement, the mortgage, and the real property.

Since 2004, I have worked hard to help people in my community accomplish their real estate dreams and financial goals.  As one of Portland’s leading first time homebuyer advocates and established local real estate investor, I am passionate about assisting first time buyers with the best local area homebuyer programs, as well as those interested in building & strategically financing multiple property portfolios. I also specialize in refinance strategies for debt consolidation and ensuring you have the most efficient household debt structure. My business is built on relationships and primarily, the referrals I have earned from those whom I have helped in the past. I have closed well over a thousand transactions over the course of my career, earning me the honor of President's Club multiple times since 2012.

I hold a finance degree from Colorado State University and have owned rental properties in Portland, OR since 2004. Prior to my mortgage career, I was a professional craft brewer and specialty wine sales representative.  I enjoy spending my free time with my wife and two young boys, out appreciating the beautiful Pacific Northwest, hiking, grilling, and fly fishing.
