How does the CDLP® Certification differ from other courses?

We are regularly asked how the Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP® ) program is differentiated from other divorce training programs. 

The CDLP® curriculum was developed by professionals who focus their practice on divorce. These professionals have brought together their education and practical experience in family law, financial and tax planning, real property, and mortgage planning. As a result, our content is valuable, relatable, current, and, most importantly, helpful in building a successful divorce mortgage planning practice.

Mortgage and legal and financial professionals know their industry rules, guidelines, laws, etc., are constantly changing. That’s why it is so important to have continual learning opportunities. Once you’ve completed the certification portion, we have a team of experienced coaches who offer business development coaching and continuing business management and marketing.
